This machine has the features of high quality performance, reasonable structure, safe and reliable operating capabiity and high working efficiency, which can satisfy the requirement of ballast tamping operation.
This machine adopts high performance, high quality, imported gasoline engine as the power, with stable high horsepower output, low fuel consumption rate, less lubricating oil consumption, low quality, low noise characteristics. It can also use motor or diesel engine as power according to user needs.
The depth of the pick stick inserted into ballast is not less than 90mm, which can be applied ho the large and medium maintenance of different types of rail lines and the tamping of new lines.
The hydraulic system adopts the buckle type hose joint, and increases the pipe passage, which makes the hydraulic oil flow increase and improves the working efficiency.
Clamp rail device adopts automatic clamp rail when inserted, clamp quick action, easy to operate.
Transmission clutch adopts centrifugal block friction plate structure, large transfer torque, reduce transmission loss, improve transmission efficiency.
